Five Models to Choose From
- Regular: This is our basic 8' x 12' model. It has an inside height of 6' 8"
- Semi-Deluxe: This has all the features of the regular. In this model, the steps have shorter risers (8" instead of 10") and two handrails for easier access. It also has a more extended door.
- Deluxe: This model has all the features of the semi-deluxe, but the steps go down the end wall, allowing for more space inside the storm shelter.
- 7x7: This model also has 6' 8" headroom inside. It has the same features as the deluxe.
- 5x5: This storm shelter has an inside height of 5'. This model also includes two benches.
Storm Shelters Features Includes:
- Patio top that we can match to an existing slab
- Poured in one pouring with 3500 strength concrete
- Reinforced with ½" rebar, 60 grade
- Top: Strength bars are on 12" centers, and temperature bars are on 18" centers
- Walls: Rebar on 24" centers both ways
- Headroom of 6' 8"
- Wood steps with handrails
- Handrail on the outside
- Two aluminium vents
- Aluminium door
- Three-pin locks on the inside of the door
- Ceiling electrical box for light
All Prices Are Base Prices
If concrete is over our base price of $100/yd, including mileage, the difference will be added to the cost of the shelter. The difficulties of installing in water, shale, or sand could result in an extra charge.
For every foot we come out of the ground, there will be an extra cost. Before we start your storm shelter, we'll make sure you know if there's likely to be any of these charges. Additional electrical boxes and other outlets are available upon request.
Fence Policy
If necessary, we will take your fence down. We don't put fence's back up.
